  • Coordinated with performers, DJs, and cultural contributors representing Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, and Guinea-Bissau.

  • Managed venue setup, décor, and atmosphere to reflect Afro-diasporic aesthetics and celebration.

  • Led marketing and outreach targeting African diaspora communities across Nottingham and beyond.

  • Oversaw logistics including stage timings, host scripts, artist needs, and crowd engagement.

  • Worked with local vendors to offer traditional and fusion cuisine.

  • Created and distributed a press release to local media outlets to enhance visibility.

  • Represented the event in a live interview on BBC East Midlands, discussing cultural significance and community impact.

  • Captured event highlights and audience testimonials for community visibility and future planning.
